Bicycle & Pedestrian Master Plan Project

The City of Keene is seeking proposed scope, level of effort, and associated fee for engineering services to update the City's Bicycle and Pedestrian Master Plan. The plan should include both trail and on-street infrastructure, covering commuting/daily use as well as recreational use and connections. The plan will also address strategies for sustainability, maintenance, availability, accessibility, and increasing community usage of the city's facilities. Key aspects of the project include: • Updating the current plan to incorporate newly adopted resolutions, standards, and City Council goals and initiatives • Including strategies for addressing sustainability, maintenance, availability, accessibility, and community usage • Covering both trail and on-street infrastructure • Addressing areas of conflict between various modes of transport • Identifying current and future funding sources
