The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking expressions of interest for a superseding lease at 1208 Pointe Centre Drive, Chattanooga, TN. The lease term is for 10 years, with 5 years firm and 5 years non-firm. The leased space shall be in an area bordered by I-75, Brainerd Rd, East Brainerd Rd, and Spring Creek Rd. SDVOSB and VOSB firms are invited to provide information to contribute to the market research for this project.

• The current lease is set to expire on September 30, 2026, and the new lease will be effective on December 1, 2025.
• The current space is 11,131 RSF/ 9,995 ABOMA.
