LAUNDRY SERVICE - APF - DYESS AFB, TX

The US Air Force is seeking quotes for a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for laundry services at Dyess AFB, TX. The BPA will have an estimated ordering period of five years from the date of award. The contractor will be required to provide a price list for all items and a technical approach to meet all key steps outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The evaluation of offers will be based on technical acceptability and price. The contractor must demonstrate significant corporate experience in the cleaning and preservation of military dress uniforms. Some key requirements include: • The contractor must be located within 45 miles of Dyess AFB, TX, or have a subcontractor that meets this requirement. • The contractor must demonstrate experience in handling military dress uniforms, including at least two projects or contracts completed within the past five years. • The contractor must provide a narrative describing their technical approach to fulfilling all tasks outlined in the PWS. • The contractor must submit a complete and signed Page 2 and 3 of the RFQ, or a contractor equivalent.
