Wadsworth Path Construction Management

The City of Wheat Ridge is seeking a consultant to provide construction management services for the Wadsworth Path project, which involves adding a shared-use path along the west side of Wadsworth Boulevard. The project includes an amenity zone, pedestrian lights, and enhanced bus stops. The consultant will be responsible for construction observation, material and geotechnical testing, and project management. The project is expected to last 220 days, and the consultant will need to provide a team with experience in construction management, including a project manager, inspector, and material testing personnel.
