The County is seeking a single vendor to supply, deliver, and install a 10‑ft × 12‑ft double‑run dog kennel for its Sheriff’s Office K‑9 program. The kennel must meet detailed construction, insulation, electrical, and finish specifications, and the contractor must provide all required insurance, E‑Verify documentation, and three references. Quotes are due September 24, 2026, with installation required no later than October 23, 2026.
• One (1) 10 × 12 ft double‑run kennel with gray paint, Tuff‑rib metal roof, insulated doors/windows, R‑15/‑21/‑30 insulation, LP Prostruct flooring, LED lighting, and required GFCI receptacles.
• Contractor must handle site delivery, placement, minimal leveling, and obtain a Sheriff’s Office contractor ID; work limited to weekdays 7:00‑16:00.
• Mandatory insurance (CG, auto, workers’ comp, umbrella, etc.) with A‑M. Best rating of A‑10, plus E‑Verify affidavit, non‑collusion certification, and three performance references.
