Debris Removal & Disposal Services

The purpose of this contract is to remove and dispose of all eligible debris from FEMA eligible Private Property and Commercial Property, and County Maintained Right of Ways (ROW) following the initial thirty (30) day clean-up period from the March 2025 storms. The contract will be awarded on a thirty (30) day basis, and may, at the County's discretion, be extended on an as-needed basis as determined by the amount of and remaining debris to be picked up following the March 2025 storms. • The Contractor may be required to secure and permit Debris Reduction Site(s). • Vegetative debris shall be taken for reduction to the Debris Reduction Site. • The work shall consist of clearing, separating, and removing any and all eligible debris, including ROW of streets and roads. • The Contractor shall not enter private property during the performance of this contract, unless specifically authorized by the County in writing. • The Contractor shall provide means to rapidly unload any trailer that does not have a means for dumping.
