Description
The intent of this invitation is to obtain competitive sealed bids from qualified vendors for Waste Wood Grinding Services as an annual contract. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and services required to fulfill the terms and conditions of this bid. The scope of work includes waste wood grinding services on an as-needed basis, with options for grinding and leaving the material on-site or grinding and removing it from the owner's property. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
• The Contractor must provide all necessary equipment, labor, and materials to perform the work.
• The Contractor must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• The Contractor must provide a bid price sheet with unit prices for the services.
• The Contractor must submit a completed bid package, including all required documents and addenda.
• The Contractor must attend a pre-bid conference, if scheduled, and submit questions and requests for clarification through the County's eProcurement portal.
