Special Warfare Training Wing (SWTW) Rotary Wing Airlift Support

The Special Warfare Training Wing (SWTW) is seeking information on how interested contractors would provide services necessary to conduct aircraft lift support to the Special Warfare Air Force Sustainment Center’s (AFSC) Career Field Education and Training Plan (CFETP) schoolhouses. The purpose is to ensure that all required Pararescue Jumpers (PJ) / Combat Controller Specialist (CCT) / Combat Rescue Officer (CRO) / Special Tactics Officers (STO) candidates receive required air support. • The contractor shall provide all services necessary to conduct aircraft lift support as mentioned in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and the Draft PWS for Rotary Wing. • The contractor shall provide aircraft, aircraft equipment, AIE equipment, aircrews, and maintenance personnel to support air operations sorties flown. • The contractor shall provide pilots, co-pilots, and aircrew who meet or exceed the minimum flight hour and certification requirements. • The contractor shall provide a program manager responsible for performance and oversight of all activities performed by contractor personnel.
