Description
The City of Birmingham is seeking qualified vendors to supply industrial‑grade HVAC air filters—including disposable pleated filters (1‑4 in. thickness) and metal‑frame bag‑type filters—with a minimum MERV 8 efficiency. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder and may last up to three years, with a guaranteed minimum of one year. Vendors must be based in Birmingham or adjacent Jefferson County, maintain a staffed sales counter, and be able to deliver orders within 14 working days of receipt.
