The Ohio Army National Guard is seeking a vendor to provide conference venue space, lodging, and catering services for its 2026 Yellow Ribbon Reintegration Program (YRRP). The event will host approximately 750 adults (soldiers and families) on 18‑19 September 2026 in the Columbus, OH area, with the venue required to be within 25 miles of zip code 43235. The contract includes multiple lodging blocks (totaling about 40 rooms), shared venue spaces for three separate units, and hot‑buffet‑style lunches for roughly 725 participants.
