The City of Salina is seeking a qualified contractor to fully demolish a dangerous residential (also referenced as commercial) structure located at 1616 West Crawford Street. The contract is a lump‑sum bid, with a 90‑day performance schedule, liquidated damages for delay, and a two‑year warranty on completed work. The scope includes demolition of all building elements, utility disconnections, debris removal (up to eight loads per day), site grading and compaction, installation of drainage grates, and full site cleanup. The contractor must hold the appropriate general or demolition license, provide performance and payment bonds, maintain required insurance, and obtain a demolition permit.
