RFP North Campus PA & Bell System

The Jackson County Intermediate School District is seeking a vendor to install and configure a new PA and Bell system at their North Campus. The system should include features such as zone configurations, two-way intercom, and compatibility with Cisco Webex Calling and Informacast. The vendor will be responsible for providing all necessary equipment, labor, and services to complete the project. The project includes installation of new speakers, cabling, and configuration of the system. The vendor will also be required to provide training and documentation to the district's staff. • The PA system should be able to program five zones for PA • The system should be compatible with Cisco Webex Calling • The system should be able to integrate with Informacast • The vendor should provide a backup microphone • The vendor should provide a quick "How to" guide for normal system tasks • The vendor should provide certification of compliance with the Iran Economic Sanctions Act
