Description
The City of Lawrenceville is soliciting Statements of Qualifications from qualified marketing firms to provide Design Management and Production Services on an annual contract in support of the Lawrenceville Office of Communications and Marketing. The City intends to establish and maintain a Qualified Vendor Pool from which assignments may be made throughout the contract term. This may include a primary full-service design partner and one or more firms providing on-call graphic design and production support.
• Services will exclude event marketing materials but will encompass a range of tourism and City marketing services, including creative and production services, strategic and campaign support, special projects and departmental support, and general services.
• The City reserves the right to adjust assignments as needed to best support City priorities.
• The City will evaluate firms based on overall qualifications as well as expertise within specific service categories.
• The contract will be for a one-year period with four renewal options based on regular satisfactory performance reviews.
