Description
The Lakewood Board of Education seeks up to four vendors to deliver comprehensive professional development (PD) and parental‑involvement services for Title I students enrolled in non‑public schools. The work includes live, data‑driven PD workshops across Title I, II‑A, III and IV focus areas, teacher and parent coaching/mentoring, and open‑to‑the‑public sessions, all complying with federal Title I grant requirements and New Jersey regulations. Vendors must provide qualified staff, meet strict insurance and background‑check standards, and submit detailed technical, management, and cost proposals by the June 30 deadline.
• Deliver sustained, intensive, live PD aligned with State standards for English, Math, SEL, technology, language instruction, and safe‑healthy initiatives.
• Provide teacher coaching (up to 50 hrs/teacher) and parent coaching (up to 10 hrs/parent) with defined maximum reimbursement rates.
• Meet extensive compliance requirements: non‑collusion affidavit, federal de‑barment certifications, Chapter 271 political‑contribution disclosure, insurance, and background checks.
