Description
The Joseph Eddie Ballard Western Ky Veterans Center is seeking a vendor to provide medical laboratory services for its 60-bed long-term care skilled nursing facility. The vendor will be responsible for providing laboratory services, including collection of samples, pickup of specimens, test results submission to the facility, and other related services. The vendor must comply with all federal and state laws and regulations governing laboratory services and maintain all required insurances for vendor employees and facility.
• Provide medical laboratory services to the WKVC's Veterans
• Comply with all federal and state laws and regulations governing laboratory services
• Maintain all required insurances for vendor employees and facility
• Provide orientation in-services to WKVC directly related to the use of laboratory services
• Provide cumulative laboratory reports to WKVC
• Ensure all representatives from the services provided have mandatory backgrounds checks
