RECS RFP DESIGN PAINT REPAIRS RESTORATION CAPITOL

This opportunity is for a Request for Proposal (RFP) for architectural, conservator, and interior design services for the Minnesota State Capitol Building. The project involves a Phase 1 base contract for surveying all interior surfaces, including gilded, gold, and wood-painted surfaces. The contractor will provide professional design services for determining repairs, painting, surfaces, and decorative painting. A Phase 2 restoration may follow with owner approval. The project requires the contractor to monitor the work via review documents, periodic design and/or construction progress meetings, and review/approve all pay requests and supplemental agreements. • The project is located at 75 Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd., St. Paul, MN 55155. • The primary consultant firm should submit an Exhibit B sheet for all subconsultants, including the all-inclusive fee on the Primary Consultant Firm's Fee Proposal. • The proposed compensation includes professional fees for basic services, reimbursable expenses, and a total compensation for all fiscal years combined.
