The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Recruiting Facilities Program is soliciting offers for approximately 3,534 usable square feet of commercial retail/office space within a ¼‑mile radius of 2000 SE Loop 410, San Antonio, TX (ZIP 78220). The lease must provide a secondary egress, parking for ten government‑owned vehicles (24/7) plus additional visitor parking, daytime janitorial services, adequate signage, and must not be adjacent to non‑compatible businesses (e.g., adult entertainment, drug‑related facilities). Lessor must be active in SAM.gov with a valid CAGE/UEI, and must submit a completed Rental Proposal Worksheet, proof of SAM registration, and the existing floor plan. The lease term is five years with a termination clause allowing the government to end the lease with reasonable notice; a “firm term” contribution toward build‑out costs is encouraged but not required.
