Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is seeking a contractor to provide industrial carpenter services, including maintenance, repairs, and minor construction projects, for the Andrew T. McNamara Headquarters Complex in Fort Belvoir, Virginia. The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary labor, materials, and equipment to perform the services in accordance with industry standards and applicable laws and regulations. The contract will be for a base period of 12 months, with four option periods, and a maximum ceiling of $24,000,000.
• The contractor will be required to provide a technical proposal, including a technical approach plan, preventive maintenance plan, predictive maintenance plan, management plan, and quality control plan.
• The contractor will be required to provide pricing information, including firm-fixed prices for general interior and exterior services, and labor rates for specific services.
• The contractor will be required to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
• The contractor will be required to maintain a minimum of $5,000,000 in liability insurance and to provide proof of insurance prior to contract award.
