OHE Facilitate Entrepreneurial Education Svs

The Minnesota Office of Higher Education through its Get Ready/GEAR UP Minnesota program seeks a qualified responder for a two-year partnership to develop and deliver a transformative entrepreneurial program for students in grades 8-12. This partnership will feature an annual entrepreneurial conference with optional associated learning experiences. The primary goal of the program is to empower students with career readiness by fostering entrepreneurial thinking, leadership, and economic empowerment. Key responsibilities include strategic design and curriculum development, coordination and partner recruitment, on-site execution and facilitation, and evaluation, reporting, and future planning. • Develop and deliver a transformative entrepreneurial program for students in grades 8-12 • Design a high-impact, full-day conference for up to 400+ seniors • Recruit, secure, and manage all keynote speakers, workshop facilitators, and panelists • Provide comprehensive on-site management and facilitation for the entire conference • Design and administer evaluation tools to measure learning outcomes and skill development
