The County of Riverside (RCIT) is seeking qualified vendors to provide UPS battery and fan replacements, preventative maintenance, and repair services for multiple county facilities. The contract will cover the supply of Toshiba G9000 UPS batteries (approximately 320 units) and fans (9 units), recycling of waste, labor (prevailing‑wage), shipping, handling, and related taxes. Vendors must attend a mandatory pre‑bid job walk on September 21, 2026 at two sites, be registered with the County and PublicPurchase.com, hold a valid California C‑10 electrical contractor license, and comply with prevailing‑wage and public‑works requirements. The period of performance for the maintenance portion is one year (Dec 1 2026 – Nov 30 2027) with an option to renew annually for up to four additional years.
