Sports Field Lighting Repair

The City of Santa Monica is seeking qualified contractors to furnish, deliver, and install components and perform repair work on sports field lighting systems at six citywide locations. The selected contractor will provide routine and as-needed repair services, including installation and replacement of lighting components, repair and replacement of related components, and routine servicing of lighting controls and systems. The contractor must have a minimum of 5 years of experience performing installation, maintenance, or repair of high-mast outdoor lighting systems and must be registered with the Department of Industrial Relations. • The contractor must have a C-10 Electrical California Contractor License. • The contractor must have experience with athletic or recreational field lighting at municipal or school district facilities and specifically with Musco Lighting Systems. • The contractor must provide unit prices for common parts and labor. • The contractor must provide equipment use rates for 60’ and 85’ lifts. • The contractor must provide universal waste disposal fees. • The contractor must provide any other applicable charges.
