Description
The Naval Air Warfare Center is seeking a quotation for the procurement of 15 Model 121 Rugged Backlit Keyboards, specifically the Comark, LLC model with part number 636-0001-M. The procurement is a firm fixed-price procurement and the award will be made on the basis of the lowest evaluated price of the RFQ meeting or exceeding the acceptability standards. The contractor must be an authorized distributor/reseller and provide a letter of authorization from the OEM. The contractor must also be TAA compliant and provide the country of origin on the quote.
• The contractor must submit a quote that includes the price, technical information, and other required information.
• The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to submission of the quote.
• The contractor must provide a total amount for the quote, including all applicable taxes and shipping costs.
• The contractor must deliver the keyboards to the Naval Air Warfare Center by 30 Oct 2026.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable Federal laws, statutes, and regulations, including the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS).
