The Summit County Facilities Maintenance Department is seeking a qualified contractor to provide exterior painting and staining services for the Medical Office Building located at 360 Peak One Drive, Frisco, CO 80443, including associated structures such as a gas‑meter shed and a generator/trash enclosure. The work includes power washing, surface preparation, application of two coats of Sherwin‑Williams WoodScapes exterior acrylic solid stain on all wood fascia, dormer details, entry beams, and soffits, as well as painting metal doors, black metal post‑and‑beam gussets, and fire‑sprinkler pipe. The contractor must supply all traffic control, safety measures (OSHA‑compliant fall protection), and coordinate scheduling with County staff.
