RFQ - Healthcare Building Construction Data and Prices

The U.S. Department of Labor (DOL), Office of the Senior Procurement Executive (OSPE) is seeking a vendor to provide healthcare building construction data and price updates for the four major Census regions (Northeast, South, Midwest, and West) on a quarterly basis. The vendor will be required to deliver the data and updates for a period of 5 years, with the base period starting on August 1, 2026, and ending on May 31, 2027, and four option periods. The data will be used by the Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) to maintain and improve the consumer product indexes it produces.
