Bundling Notice - USDA Rural Development (RD) Loan Servicing & Operational Support

The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) is seeking a contractor to provide loan servicing and operational support for its Rural Development (RD) program. The contractor will be responsible for managing a nationwide loan portfolio, providing customer service, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The contract will be a single award, blanket purchase agreement (BPA) competed under the GSA schedule. The USDA expects to award a contract with a base period of one year and nine option years.
