Description
The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) is in the acquisition planning phase for a potential up‑to‑60‑month lease of 54 A4 multifunctional devices (MFDs) to be placed at locations in Germany. DLA seeks industry feedback, product specification sheets, and estimated monthly lease pricing, and wants to confirm whether vendors can meet all requirements outlined in the draft Performance Work Statement. The scope includes full‑service maintenance, consumable supplies (excluding paper), relocation, technical refresh, removal, reporting, and network functionality and security.
