Description
The City of Chandler is seeking a qualified construction‑management consultant to oversee the full scope of widening the Ray Road–Dobson Road intersection. The consultant will provide pre‑construction assistance, lead weekly construction meetings, manage schedules, review RFIs, shop drawings, change orders, and contractor payment applications, coordinate utilities and permitting, conduct special inspections (including traffic signals), ensure FHWA compliance, and handle public outreach and stakeholder coordination. This federally‑funded project requires adherence to Federal Highway Administration standards and extensive documentation for a large‑scale transportation improvement.
• Provide comprehensive construction‑management services for a multi‑lane intersection widening (including ADA upgrades, bike lanes, sidewalks, lighting, drainage, utilities, and landscaping).
• Manage all project‑related communications, utility coordination, permitting, and special inspections while maintaining FHWA compliance.
• Submit a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) by September 29 2026, demonstrating experience on at least three comparable federally‑funded projects and detailed key‑personnel qualifications.
