Description
The Steuben County is seeking bids for a Cold In-Place Recycling Project(s). The project involves furnishing all materials, equipment, labor, and permits necessary to successfully complete the project. The bidder must have access to a complete and permanently operating manufacturing plant with facilities located within a reasonable delivery distance to job sites. The bidder must also have a minimum of two years of experience in the production of the type of material specified. The project shall be complete and ready for final inspection by July 17, 2026.
• The bid documents are available at the Steuben County Purchasing Department or on the county's website.
• The bidder must submit a signed and dated Non-Collusive Bidding Certificate with its bid.
• The bidder must also submit a signed, notarized, and dated Iranian Energy Sector Divestment Certification with its bid.
• The county reserves the right to cancel the contract at any time without penalty.
• The bidder must have sufficient inventory, equipment, and staff to fulfill its responsibility as a result of receiving the bid award.
