Description
The Naval Supply Systems Command Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk is seeking a contractor to provide technical and analytical support for Operational Test and Evaluation (OT&E) services. The contractor will facilitate processes, aid in production, train personnel, and collaborate with stakeholders. The work will require adherence to policy, review of existing material, creation of unique inputs, attendance at working-groups, briefing of leadership, and tracking of metrics. The contract has a base period of 12 months with four option years. The contractor will provide support in areas such as statistical analysis, Mission-Based Test Design (MBTD), Modeling and Simulation (M&S), and test planning.
