Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to provide grounds maintenance and improvement services at the Fort Stevens National Cemetery in Oregon. The contract will require the contractor to provide all personnel, materials, equipment, and maintenance necessary to perform the services. The solicitation will be evaluated using a tiered approach, with quotations first considered within the highest priority socioeconomic tier.
