Description
The City of Annapolis is seeking a qualified firm to provide transportation planning and 30% design services for a bikeway along Bay Ridge Avenue and a feasibility study for a neighborhood trail connection. The selected firm will be responsible for providing a comprehensive design that meets the City's requirements and is consistent with the project's goals and objectives. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, providing transportation planning and 30% design services for a bikeway along Bay Ridge Avenue and a feasibility study for a neighborhood trail connection.
• The firm will be required to attend a virtual pre-proposal meeting and submit a proposal that includes a technical proposal and a price proposal.
• The firm will be evaluated based on their experience, understanding of the study, proposed schedule, clarity and overall quality of the proposal, and cost estimate.
• The contract will be awarded to a responsible and responsive firm offering the best value, as determined by the City Procurement Officer.
