Landscaping Service for U.S Consulate Compound

The U.S. Consulate General in Dubai is seeking a contractor to provide landscaping services for the consulate compound. The contract includes tasks such as lawn maintenance, tree pruning, and pest control. The contractor will be required to provide all necessary equipment, materials, and labor to perform the services. The contract will be for a period of 12 months, with the option to extend for an additional 4 years. The contractor will be paid a fixed price per month for standard services that have been satisfactorily performed. • The contractor will be responsible for performing complete gardening and landscape maintenance services as described in the contract. • The contractor will be required to provide a yearly plan for pest and disease management and fertilizer application. • The contractor will be required to provide evidence of insurance, including general liability and workers' compensation insurance. • The contractor will be required to comply with all local labor laws, regulations, customs, and practices pertaining to labor, safety, and similar matters. • The contractor will be required to provide a transition plan, including the projected period for completion of all clearances of contractor personnel and the projected start date for performance of all services required under this contract.
