Description
The U.S. Government Publishing Office is seeking a vendor to produce 2,500 custom return envelopes for the Department of Veterans Affairs, including 50 “Departmental Random ‘Blue Label’” copies. The envelopes must be 3 7/8 in × 8 7/8 in, printed on 24‑lb white paper (JCP Spec V20) with face‑only black ink, bar‑codes, and FIM, and constructed with open‑side diagonal seams and a gummed flap. Production may use either conventional offset or digital printing, but the entire order must be completed using a single technology. Finished envelopes are to be packed in cartons of 500, labeled per GPO Form 905, and shipped FOB destination to the Omaha VA Medical Center.
