Description
The County of Los Angeles is soliciting bids for the procurement, delivery, and installation of furniture for the North Hollywood Health Center. The solicitation is a commodity/service purchase (hospital equipment – general rental or lease) and requires vendors to submit a complete bid package, including all required forms in Appendix A, via the County’s online Vendor Self Service (VSS) portal. The bid must be submitted by 12:00 PM on 9 September 2026. All questions must be submitted by 2 September 2026. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. Vendors must be authorized distributors or manufacturers for the items offered, provide warranties, carry specified insurance, and comply with all County, State, and Federal regulations.
• Scope: Supply, deliver, and install all furniture items specified in the Statement of Work for the North Hollywood Health Center.
• Quantity: One lot (multiple line items covering furniture, delivery, and freight).
• Submission: Online only through VSS; paper bids not accepted.
• Required attachments: Complete Appendix A forms, certifications, insurance certificates, and, if applicable, manufacturer authorization letters.
• Evaluation: Lowest total acceptable offer; compliance with specifications, warranty, and local preference (Los Angeles County/California) will be considered.
