Redevelopment St. Elizabeths East Campus - Sycamore Drive SE Infrastructure Improvements

The District of Columbia Government, Department of General Services, is seeking a highly qualified contractor to provide all labor, materials, and equipment for the construction of the Sycamore Drive SE Infrastructure Improvements project. The project includes new road construction, installation of new wet and dry utilities, and connections to existing roadways and utilities. The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary services, including construction schedule, traffic controls, sediment and erosion control measures, and coordination with other contractors and agencies. • The project is part of the redevelopment of the St. Elizabeths East Campus. • The contractor will be required to work closely with partner agencies to complete site development and supporting infrastructure. • The project includes a fixed unit price contract with a not-to-exceed amount. • The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for the completion of the project. • The contractor will be required to submit a completed Offer Letter and Bid Form, as well as other required attachments. • The District will apply preferences in evaluating bids from businesses that are certified by the Department of Small and Local Business Development.
