Planned Residential Demolition Group 10.14.25 (14686 Roselawn-Demo Only)

The City of Detroit Office of Contracting and Procurement is seeking qualified vendors for the abatement and demolition of residential properties. The work includes asbestos material removal, hazardous materials removal, demolition, debris removal, backfill, grading, and site finishing. The successful vendor will be required to complete all work within 120 calendar days of a Notice to Proceed. The City of Detroit reserves the right to award each group to a different vendor, all groups to one vendor, or any combination of groups to a particular vendor. • The RFQ is open to pre-qualified suppliers who have been approved by the City of Detroit Office of Contracting and Procurement. • The City of Detroit will evaluate all properties listed under this RFQ individually. • The successful vendor must provide performance and payment bonds to the City of Detroit for the total amount of the work included under the contract. • The City of Detroit reserves the right to reject any Quote that is deemed non-responsive or incomplete. • The successful vendor will be required to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and City of Detroit policies.
