Appraisal Services for Valley City State Universit

The U.S. Department of the Interior, Appraisal and Valuation Services Office (AVSO), is seeking appraisal services for approximately 1,046.82 acres of land in Barnes County, North Dakota. The appraisal report will be used to assist the bureau in its determination of the amount to be paid as just compensation for the property rights acquired. The successful offeror will be required to provide a firm-fixed price quote that includes all costs associated with the assignment, including travel and fees. The appraisal report must conform to the Uniform Appraisal Standards for Federal Land Acquisitions (UASFLA). • The appraisal requirement is for market value appraisal of Valley City State University Foundation, located in Barnes County, North Dakota. • The appraisal report will be used to assist the bureau in its determination of the amount to be paid as just compensation for the property rights acquired. • The appraisal report is not intended for any other use. • The target period of performance is 85 calendar days from the date of the Purchase Order award. • The initial appraisal target date is 60 days from contract award date, and early delivery is preferable.
