OCHRA Arborist

The Olmsted County HRA is seeking an Arborist to provide services. The contract work shall be fully and satisfactorily completed within 90 days of the Notice to Proceed. The contractor must comply with all federal, state, and local laws, including the American with Disabilities Act (ADA) and HUD Lead Safe Work Practices. The contractor must also provide equal opportunity to all persons without discrimination. • The contractor shall remove all debris generated from the project daily and upon job completion. • The contractor must contact the Housing HRA Manager at least 24 hours before work commences on site to notify tenants. • A Bid Bond is required for this bid, in the amount of 5% of $175,000, or $8,750. • The contractor must comply with the General Conditions of Contract and Section 3 requirements. • The contractor must certify that they have not entered into any agreement or participated in any collusion or otherwise taken any action in restraint of competition.
