Description
The Warren Consolidated Schools is seeking bids for the District-Wide Network Switch and Structured Cabling Upgrades project. The project involves upgrading the network switches and cabling infrastructure across the district. The bid package includes the installation of new network switches, cabling, and other related equipment.
• The project requires bidders to provide a sworn and notarized Familial Relationship Disclosure Statement and an Iran Sanctions Affidavit of Compliance.
• A pre-bid conference and walk-thru is scheduled for January 13, 2026.
• The bid must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier’s check, money order, or bid bond made payable to Warren Consolidated Schools in an amount not less than 5% of the Base Bid.
• Successful bidders whose proposals are $50,000 or more will be required to furnish a Satisfactory Performance and Payment Bond in the amount of 100% of their bid.
