Description
The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) is seeking quotes for the provision of Motorola portable radios and related accessories for the BIA's Office of Justice Services (OJS) Land Mobile Radio (LMR) Program. The requirement includes the purchase of Motorola APX 8000 All-Band Portable Radios, Portable Remote Speaker Microphones, and Desktop Chargers. The contractor must be an authorized reseller of the proposed solution and maintain an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM.gov). The contract will be awarded as a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) purchase order.
• The contract will be for a period of 90 days after receipt of the order.
• The contractor must deliver the radios and accessories to the BIA's OJS LMR Program in Lakewood, CO.
• The contractor must provide a final invoice and certificate of completion within 60 days of product acceptance.
• The contract includes various Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Department of the Interior Acquisition Regulation (DIAR) clauses.
