Seattle Passport Project

The U.S. General Services Administration is seeking to award a sole source contract for the Seattle Passport Project. The project involves remodeling, expanding, and refreshing approximately 36,500 square feet of leased space in the 5th & Yesler building for the U.S. Department of State, Passports Office. The construction drawings are complete, and a building permit has been obtained. The Passport office will remain open to the public throughout the construction, which has been divided into seven phases. The first phase was partially completed before construction was stopped.
