The Texas A&M University System is seeking an Architect/Engineer (A/E) firm for the Medical Sciences Library Level 1 Renovation project. The project involves renovating 18,429 SF of space to provide 60 offices, conference rooms, and a large flexible meeting room. The renovation scope includes demolition of existing interior walls, removal of raised flooring, and HVAC demolition. The Planning Amount for this project is $11,600,000.
