The City of Salina is seeking a qualified contractor to demolish a dangerous residential (also listed as commercial) structure located at 1616 West Crawford Street. The work includes full removal of all building components, utility disconnections, site safety measures, debris disposal to a city‑approved landfill, back‑filling and grading, and a two‑year warranty on completed work. The contract is a lump‑sum sealed‑bid with a 90‑day completion window after notice to proceed.
• Complete demolition of foundations, footings, slabs, walls, and all ancillary structures.
• Manage utility terminations, site safety barricades, and protect adjacent public infrastructure.
• Perform debris loading (max 8 loads/day) to approved landfill, back‑fill, compact, and grade the site to finished grade.
• Provide required bonds, insurance, permits, and retain 10 % of interim payments until final acceptance.
