The US Army Corps of Engineers is soliciting lease proposals for approximately 3,640 square feet of commercial retail office space in Hamilton, Ohio. The office space will be used for government purposes, and the lessor is responsible for providing and maintaining the space, including utilities, janitorial services, and maintenance of the building systems.
