Sewer Separation Phase 3A

The City of Lowell is seeking bids for the construction of new storm drain pipe for the purpose of sewer system separation within the catchment area referred to as Lower Saunders. The project includes the removal and replacement of water mains and portions of water service laterals, the removal and installation of new catch basins, the redirection of select catch basins, sewer cured-in-place pipeline (CIPP) rehabilitation, rehabilitation of sewer manholes, and spray-in-place pipelining (SIPP) of the Marginal Interceptor. • The project requires the construction of new storm drain pipe • The project includes the removal and replacement of water mains and portions of water service laterals • The project includes the removal and installation of new catch basins • The project includes the redirection of select catch basins • The project includes sewer cured-in-place pipeline (CIPP) rehabilitation • The project includes rehabilitation of sewer manholes • The project includes spray-in-place pipelining (SIPP) of the Marginal Interceptor
