Twin Lakes Recreation Area - Parking Improvements

The City of Columbia, Missouri, Parks and Recreation Department is seeking a contractor to provide materials and labor necessary for the demolition, milling, and overlay of the existing parking lot and the construction of parking curbs at the Twin Lakes Recreation Area. The project includes the replacement of asphalt with subgrade and the installation of vertical concrete curbs. The contractor must comply with the project specifications, including the Missouri Standard Specifications for Highway Construction and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requirements.
