The contract is a lump‑sum construction award with a 196‑working‑day performance period and requires a minimum 10 % bid bond and a self‑performance threshold of at least 50 % of the base bid. • Replace ~1,400 ft of vertical wall joint sealant, ~6,500 ft of floor joint sealant, and ~1,100 ft of wall‑to‑floor joint sealant using specified polymer‑filled systems. • Repair ~50 sq ft of floor‑slab spalling and ~100 lf of shrinkage cracks with epoxy‑gel and polymer‑modified mortar per ACI/ASTM standards. • Replace broken 2‑in. pipe and three‑inch & one‑inch combination air‑vacuum valves in the inlet/outlet valve building. • Perform all work under City‑specified safety, environmental, and prevailing‑wage requirements, with at least 50 % of the work performed by the prime contractor.
