Description
The City of Atlantic Beach is seeking sealed bids from qualified, licensed Underground Utility Contractors for repairs, modifications, or construction related to the sanitary, storm, and water utility infrastructure, and other City facilities. The contract is a multi-year contract, and the City may award to one or more contractors. Bidders must submit their bids in duplicate, with one being an original and identified as such, and one copy of the complete original. The bid package must include various documents, such as proof of experience, qualifications, financial information, insurance certificates, and more. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive informalities and technicalities, and make awards in whole or in part with or without cause.
