Description
This solicitation calls for a qualified, Generac‑authorized contractor to deliver a complete, turn‑key 10 kW standby generator system at the Sumerco Tower site, including all electrical, fuel, and grounding infrastructure, and to provide 24/7 emergency support thereafter. The work encompasses installation of a new utility pole, service entrance equipment, a concrete pad, LPG fuel line, and an automatic transfer switch, with all work performed by the contractor’s in‑house licensed electricians. The contractor must meet strict qualifications regarding dealer status, technician certification, insurance, and local service capability.
• Supply and install a 10 kW Generac generator with LPG fuel system and concrete pad.
• Install new utility pole, service entrance equipment, grounding, feeder conduit, and a 100 A automatic transfer switch.
• Perform full start‑up, commissioning, load testing, and compliance with 2023 NEC, NFPA 58, and all local codes.
• Provide 1‑year workmanship warranty, 24/7 emergency response, and maintain a service facility within 50 mi of the site.
