Description
Alaska Energy Authority seeks a qualified contractor to conduct a special‑purpose financial‑statement audit of the operating and revenue funds for the Bradley Lake Hydroelectric Project Management Committee. The audit must comply with the Alaska Energy Authority Power Revenue Bond Resolution, and deliver seven hard‑copy copies plus an electronic version of the audit report each fiscal year. The contract is initially for one year with two optional one‑year extensions, allowing a maximum performance period of three years.
• Perform a full audit of BPMC operating and revenue accounts for the FY ending June 30 2026 (and subsequent years).
• Complete fieldwork in the first week of November and issue the final audit report in the first week of December each year.
• Provide 7 hard‑copy copies and an electronic copy of the audit report, adhering to AEA’s accounting requirements.
